Went through what I assume will be the last round of formal edits with the publisher for The Jewish Olympics.
Now can I relax a bit?
The last couple of days have been almost a cartoon. Picture a circular conveyor belt: I get the chapters back with revisions to accept or reject, etc. So I work on those and send them back. Then they send them back again, incorporating the changes, for my approval. Then I send it back to them, with a few little tweaks. Then they send them back to me. All this in very short time.

So now it goes to production for layout. Looking forward to see that step. Then they make the Advanced Reader Copies (ARCs) that get sent to reviewers
I have secured the participation of a well-known sports journalist for the foreword, though I hesitate to mention the name at this point since it isn’t in our hands yet. Next come those “advance praise”/blurbs you see on the cover or in PR materials.
Looks like this thing is actually going to happen (knock on wood).
